Change DNS records for buildbot.mariadb.org and ci.mariadb.org

Once the migration is ready, we need to make sure that the DNS is updated to point to the news IP, these are the records that needs updating:

buildbot.mariadb.org. 1 IN  A 135.181.143.118

buildbot.mariadb.org. 1 IN  AAAA  2a01:4f9:3a:1749::2

ci.mariadb.org is a CNAME, no update needed.

Then check the propagation with something like https://www.whatsmydns.net/#A/buildbot.mariadb.org
