Create MinIO instance as a service in the stack

MinIO will be used as service by buildbot (master and workers).

TODO:
-> create Hetzner VM with DNS minio.mariadb.org
-> configure nginx and minio containers via docker-compose
-> configure certbot (letsencrypt)
