Missing columnstore test fixes in new Buildbot after upgrade from old BB

The rpm-install columnstore test is not assigning the Columnstore engine when creating tables so the test are running with the Innodb default engine. This issue stems from the old Buildbot implementation which was fixed but without carrying the fixes over in the new Buildbot. Relevant commits found below:
