      RHEL 8 ARM autobake builder was not producing the compat rpm package.
      Works with a stripped version from archive.mariadb.org

      Replace the package on buildbot masters with:
      https://archive.mariadb.org/mariadb-10.1/yum/rhel/7.7/aarch64/rpms/MariaDB-shared-10.1.48-1.el7.centos.aarch64.rpm
