Repository tool: include all the yum mirrors for Red Hat based distribution

    Description

      Currently, only 1 mirror for yum is proposed (yum.mariadb.org), more precisely, this is a RRDNS on 2 OVH servers in the US. And those servers are sometimes overloaded.

      The proposition is to use all the mirrors (mirmon.mariadb.org) and propose them on the download page (the same way we do with Debian for instance).

      Also, it would be good to reference (if not already) the mirmon page (mirmon.mariadb.org) so that the users can verify if mirrors are up to date.
