Be able to directly edit text on the downloads page

Currently, the main text on the downloads page, https://mariadb.org/download/, is not directly editable.

This includes the text above the dropdowns (the Download MariaDB Server section, and the text in the blue box), as well as below the dropdowns (GitHub stars, REST API, Release schedule and Reporting bugs). The Release Schedule needs the most frequent changing.

I need to be able to edit this text directly, as it quite often contains typos, outdated releases, or can be improved.

I suggest adding a section on the downloads admin tool where I can edit this text.
