    Description

      In order to test var.tar.gz creation on Development environment I need
      that amd64-windows-packages builder to be functional. https://buildbot.dev.mariadb.org/#/builders/17/builds/5

      • create NSSM service
      • register in master-non-latent(9995) - hz-dev-bbm
