    Description

      The Knowledge Base is very slow. Besides the slow software, the KB also includes analytics and ad services such as Marketo, SalesLoft, LiveRamp

      Can use tools like Pingdom and Google Page Speed to get metrics and pointers to problems.

      For example the First Contentful Paint (FCP):

      • Front page of the KB is 2.1s
      • Front page of the Enterprise Documention is 0.3s
