Knowledge Base software should itself generate the PDF and HELP content

    Description

      Currently, the PDF and HELP content are being generated by scraping the Knowledge Base (KB) HTML. This was a workaround implemented in order not to be reliant on the plc.
      However, these frequently fail, probably as a result of the KB failures.

      Ideally, these would be generated directly from the KB.
