add mac compilation to branch protection

There's a mac builder but it's largely ignored now. No surprise it's broken.
Let's gradually fix it.

Step first: add it to branch protection, but only the compilation step. Failing tests still won't disallow pushing, but one shouldn't be able to push if it break compilation on mac.
