Sync repository tools with deprecated package platform

    Description

      The download repository tool should be synced with https://mariadb.com/kb/en/deprecation-policy/.

      For instance, we should remove the following (not complete) list:

      • ubuntu 16.04
      • fedora 32

          Also, this may impact our release policy as we still provide 10.5.15 for fc32 for instance (dbart is it normal).
