Description
Builds fail on aarch64-debian-sid since changing to the quai.io image with the following message:

- Try to debug and see what happens unfortunately with little success. Seems to be an error related to newer Debian versions. Tried to create various images but this still needs to be looked into. Ideally this needs to be fixed and integrated into the image creation pipeline. However, for now I temporary used an older image to solve the issue in Buildbot.
