Customize status checks error messages when running git push

    Description

      To make it a more user friendly experience for developers, see if we can configure github to report error messages about status checks. Something similar to this would be preferable:

      Current:

      remote: error: Required status check "buildbot/aarch64-debian-10" is expected.

      Proposed error messages:

      Builder "buildbot/aarch64-debian-10" hasn't finished yet.
      		 
      Builder "buildbot/amd64-debian-10" failed tests.
