    Description

      Traditionally, builds always used the latest and greatest VS. The latest and greatest, since release on 11 Nov 2025, is Visual Studio 2026. There are different improvements of the compiler optimizer, and standards conformance, outlined in https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/visualstudio/releases/2026/release-notes
