      EOL:

      Note Lawrin - CONCPP / ODBC has a Fedora 42 builder - ok to replace with Fedora 44?

      Fedora 40 has valgrind builder still MDBF-1060
      Fedora 41 - no uses in .github/workflows/build-fedora-based.yml.

      https://wiki.debian.org/DebianReleases:

      • Debian 12 "Bookworm" (ppc64el) - official EOL in 9 days - next release in 2026-07-30 - seems killable.

      Seems the Debian 11 EOL of its LTS - 2026-08-31 can wait until later. TODO update platform dep dates.
