run all tests with --ssl

    Description

      according to MDEV-39318, Fedora runs all mtr tests with --ssl. Which mostly works.

      To ensure it'll keep working in the future let's do the same, run all tests under --ssl on some builders. On one or two should be enough, not as a separate step, but instead of nm.
