Connector/C++ builds in the new buildbot

    Description

      Requirements to C/C++ builders are similar to the C/ODBC. This couple of exceptions - we don't need 32bit builds on Windows and we don't support it on MacOS, so we don't have to build on MacOS.

      There is no dependency on UnixODB/iOdbc, obviously.

      Everything else is the same - same set of supported platforms etc
