Deploy prometheus-node-exporter on services group

All the machines from the services group will also report their metrics with prometheus-node-exporter:

• make sure that important metrics are keeped (CPU/MEM etc.);
• deploy specific metrics collection:
• this is done with texfile exporter and cron;
• deployment via ansible ofc.
