Description
Since an AIX machine is available, this needs to be added to Buildbot. Docker is not available for AIX, so the buildbot process needs to run directly on the machine.
This is a new addition compared to the old buildbot

- Tried to install the buildbot-worker python package but there is a problem with libssl for which I haven't found yet a solution.

- Successfully installed buildbot worker on the AIX machine and defined an AIX buildbot build. The MariaDB deps need to be installed next on the AIX machine, before turning on the builder.
