    Description

      anel fixed the build MDEV-33420, but BB logs are showing:

      -- Could NOT find CURL (missing: CURL_LIBRARY CURL_INCLUDE_DIR) 
      -- Hashicorp Key Management plugin requires curl development package

      would be nice to fix before release.
