Include libaio in addition to liburing in build images

    Description

      MDEV-36234 added both libaio and liburing to the server dependencies with a fallback. This ensured there as a libaio as a fallback in the container scenarios. There is another fallback, but as this less likely to be used in real workloads, the build images needs to be updated.
