Description
Today columnstore is build 1 to 1 to a specific mariadb version. Example: Server+ColumnStore pair like 10.6.25.22-25.10.5
The ask is to research and estimate what it would take to have a columnstore package/build to support multiple mariadb server versions ( at least +- 1 minor) so that server team is easily enabled to release N-1 version on release day if columnstore build isnt ready in time (avoiding building from scratch and running any tests on the package)
the name of package likely would change just to Major series + columnstore like 10.6-25.10.5
