Cmapi invariant checks not following symlink data1 dir.

Current invariant checks checking /var/lib/columnstore/data1 as a directory. But it could be symlink. In this case it throws error.
Need to fix it and make invariant checks to follow symlinks.

Additionally add flag to cmapi config file to fast turn off invariant checks.
