Setup MTR to run on multi-node cluster

There are MTR test cases that are single-node specific. We need to identify them and decided how to handle them. We can

1) moved them to a special test suite for single-node test only, or
2) is possible, modify the cases to work for multi-node, or
3) any other suggests anyone may have
