Table level Partitioning by Date-Time

Business case: Much like what we see in innodb Enterprise Server (TX) the ability to do table level date-time (or range) partitioning, my own clients (such as ABS and others) have asked if columnstore would support in the future the ability to partition a table by a date-time so that data can easily be dropped without running a large delete statement.
