There is a command that allows the user to switch which is the Active/Parent OAM Performance Module called, switchOamParentModule. We need a command that does the same for the User Module.

Example on a multi-node, multi UM system, um1 is started as the Master/Active UM. It it goes down, the system will switch over and make another UM the active one, like um2. This means all DDL/DML now have to be run in that module. So we ned to option to allow user to switch back to UM1, once it gets restored.
