    Description

      At this point there will be no need to run columnstore-post-install or postConfigure manually and by default installation provides a user with a single-node installation.
      All services control migrates to either systemd or delegated to a foreign script for systemd-less environments, e.g. containers.
      There will be cgroups rules that must be applied on installation.
