RPM Boost dependency breaks CentOS 6 packages

    Description

      CPack currently sets a hard package dependency on Boost. For CentOS 6 we use a source build as part of the install process instead of RPMs so stops the possibility of the RPMs being installed.

      We either need to:

      1. Disable the dependency for CentOS 6 (not sure if you can express that in CPack yet)
      2. Remove the dependency completely from CPack
      3. Build/distribute our own Boost RPMs for CentOS 6
