Columnstore failed to setup log directory /var/log/mariadb/columnstore when installed using non-root user

Build tested: 1.2.1-1, 1.2.2-1, 1.2.3-1

Verified that 1.1.7-1 works properly.

Tested the versions mentioned above on centos7, debian8.5 and ubuntu18.04. All have the same issue.

ColumnStore works properly on DDM, DML, queries, and cpimport, etc.

The /var/log/mariadb directory does not exist.

One thing worst mentioning is that the non-root user I used for testing is 'guest', not 'mysql'. My understanding is that both should work.
