run the full tpc-ds query set to mcs with set infinidb_vtable_mode 2

track for performance degradation for queries that are supported by MariaDB Columnstore
but are run with infinidb_vtable_mode 2
filter queries that are not supported as sintax even by both MariaDB Columnstore
MariaDB server
