Add data-adapters test suite to buildbot

    Description

      Currently only the server and engine test suites can be executed from buildbot during pull requests. We should also add the ability to execute mariadb-columnstore-data-adapter's test suite from buildbot and introduce a certain keyword for pull requests to invoke the tests.

      This would help the engineer and QA to directly see if all tests on all supported operating systems pass or if the regarding code change introduced an error.
