    Description

      Cursor parameters are allowed to be only tuples.

      qr.execute('select ?', [True])
      		 
      Traceback (most recent call last):
      		 
        File "<input>", line 1, in <module>
      		 
          qr.execute('select ?', [True])
      		 
      TypeError: argument 2 must be tuple!

      Please consider accept list as well, it makes migration to Connector/Python a lot easier.
