    Description

      Python 3.11 GA is scheduled for 4st quarter of 2022.

      MariaDB Connector/Python currently doesn't build with Python 3.11 (GA scheduled for October 2022).

      Py_TYPE became deprecated, instead Py_SET_TYPE (introduced in Python 3.9) should be used.
