Add ability to run tests against another mariadb server than localhost

    Description

      It is not possible to success all the tests when you use another host than localhost because the tests are hardcoding 127.0.0.1 when creating users etc.

      I have fixed that with https://github.com/MariaDB/mariadb-connector-j/pull/6
