Cache codec resolution for getObject(index, Class) and setObject

ResultSet.getObject(index, Class), PreparedStatement.setObject and ResultSet.updateObject loop over the whole codec list (38 codecs) for every value to find the one that applies. Hibernate 8 uses these calls by default for LocalDate, LocalTime and LocalDateTime, so the loop runs for each such column of each row and for each such parameter.
