    Description

      C/c++ has allowLocalInfile which is off by default and in the way it completely disabling LOCAL INFILE operation.
      But if it is options is on, the command is allowed w/out restrictions. C/C has more secure option for this case - LOCAL_INFILE_MODE_AUTO that allows the command only if it was previously initiated by the client side. This behavior should be default for C/C++ as well.
