Make the driver more resilient to reconnect event

If application has active PreparedStatement's prepared on the server, the reconnect or change user invalidate them and further use of them can cause unexpected exception or even crash.
C/C is offering now the callback events for these events that the driver could use to re-prepare the open SSPS. Or, maybe, forcefully close those statements to make
