    Description

      There was a fix made available for 3.0.3 https://github.com/MariaDB/mariadb-connector-c/commit/23145983484ee60f8deb699d1574e9f71d5774b0 which works fine.
      Not sure why it was reverted but it looks like this fix do not exist starting from 3.0.4
