Keep OPTIONS Bitmask list up-to-date

The documentation page is not exhaustive and only lists some Bitmask OPTIONS, and not all the possible ones : https://mariadb.com/docs/connectors/mariadb-connector-odbc/mariadb-connector-odbc-guide#general-connection-parameters

It could be a good idea to keep this list up-to-date with effectively supported OPTIONS.

I've stumbled upon some FLAGS by digging some bug reports, changelog or release notes... like :

• MADB_OPT_FLAG_NO_BIGINT (but can't find the Bitmask on docs...)
• 1048576 (NO_CACHE)
• ...

Some FLAGS are inherited from MySQL, some were dropped when the fork was created and are deprecated, but some *may* still work... it's very hard to guess which ones exactly : https://dev.mysql.com/doc/connector-odbc/en/connector-odbc-configuration-connection-parameters.html#codbc-dsn-option-flags

This makes it difficult to know which FLAGS are effectively available or not.
I have not enough knowledge of the source code and versions history to help improving the documentation; nor have any idea on the best methodology to finally grab and collect all of these Flags (like Pokemons ^^)
