Create MONyog plugin to monitor MaxScale

MaxScale already has some Nagios monitoring plugins here:

However, many users already use MONyog to monitor their MariaDB servers, so many of these users might prefer a MONyog plugin to monitor MaxScale instead.

It looks like MONyog monitoring plugins can be written in JavaScript:

Maybe we could create a monitor in JavaScript that makes HTTP requests to MaxScale via the MaxInfo plugin?
