Unexpected results

The tee filter `service` and `options` settings have been deprecated in MaxScale 26.10 and are removed in the next major version of MaxScale. The `service` setting was an old alias of `target` and the `options` setting did nothing.
Description
The legacy POSIX regex options that the tee filter uses have been ignored since MaxScale 6.0.0 where the filter moved to the new configuration system. Since this was only now noticed by me when writing documentation for it, it's obviously something that's been unused.
The setting should be deprecated and removed in the next release. The PCRE2 pattern options are the superior option anyways as they allow the use of all the options directly in the pattern itself and are a standardized way to do it.
