Signed overflow in duration calculation of sync_transaction

    • Extremely high values of sync_transaction_timeout no longer overflow the internal counters.

    Description

      Under certain circumstances with extremely high values of sync_transaction_timeout, the duration calculation may overflow a signed 64-bit integer which is undefined behavior.
