Stale connection with pending sync should be ignored

    • Readwritesplit now correctly ignores stale sync responses.

    Description

      If a backend connection is considered stale due to it being in maintenance mode or due to any other reason, a pending sync on the backend should prevent it from being closed. Currently the backend is closed and the sync will then time out.
