sync_transaction_count is not limited to the number of configured backend servers

    • Can result in unexpected behaviour
    • `sync_transaction_count` is now soft capped to the number of configured servers in the service. Previously the value could be set higher which caused all syncs to time out.

    Description

      The value of sync_transaction_count can be set to a value that's greater than the number of configured servers. The configured value should automatically be truncated to the total number of servers minus one and the whole synchronization should be skipped if there's only one server.
