initial migration of users into mariadb exa

as a user when I want to add exasol to an existing mariadb deployment, i will already have x users created in mariadb. at this time we cannot easily mass import all those into exasol. we need a command, tool, process of exporting all existing users and grants as sql to run, but with passwords for the user to fill in
