    Description

Analytical and dashboard workloads often follow a predictable pattern: the same handful of queries get run again and again against data that only changes on a fixed schedule (say, once an hour or once a day). The problem is that these queries can be slow and resource-intensive, so every time someone opens a report, they're stuck waiting for the full query to re-run from scratch, even though the underlying data hasn't actually changed since the last time. This feature exists specifically to eliminate that wait.

As a user I want to define a variable auto_refresh_cache = true, auto_refresh_track_last_queries=1000. That when the the API is triggered to flush cache (say a nightly workload known event, my last x queries are rerun in the database to get the latest data)
