mxq::ODCB::disconnect() disconnects/frees handles in the wrong order.

In the mxq::ODBC::disconnect() function, the connection handle is always disconnected first, and then the statement handle is freed if there is one. That may cause a crash. The handle should be freed first, and then connection disconnected. Like the destructor does.
