Make it easier to test cache with GridGain storage

    Description

      Currently the GridGain storage is create lazily for each routing worker. That makes testing in a multi-threaded setup complex, as it is hard to assess that every routing worker has a created storage when a test starts. It would be better if the storage instances were created when the cache instance is created.
