runtime parameter

when maxscale start and find a runtime configuration there is a message at the start , something like:

warning: Overwriting more recently updated configuration section 'Monitor' from main file '/etc/maxscale.cnf' with contents from runtime file '/var/lib/maxscale/maxscale.cnf.d/Monitor.cnf'. To prevent this warning message, manually move the runtime changes to the main file.

what it will be good is to have the parameter values reported on the log. Not all the parameter, just the one present on the runtime. this will be very useful to understand what is the values at start and what is going to be changed
