Research how to remote backup mariadb besides mysqldump

As a user I want an easy for setting up WCAR to run which requires restoring a backup of the node im capturing traffic from. mysqldump can be run remotely but is way too slow for databases of even small scale. A phsyical backup today requires being on the mariadb server to invoke mariabackup. To run this remotely from maxscale, we need ssh access.

So to enable an easy path for users to use WCAR, we should make it easy to copy paste with minimal variables some kind of script that would auto configure ssh and run mariabackup and also restore that backup to a target.

Maxscale async rebuild and restore could benefit from this auto ssh setup as well.

we should do some more research on a balanced approach to setting up ssh for the dba instructions could be and still be secure. we should also document alternatives that are common for DBAs to do for backup and restore themselves if they want to customize for their organization. We should also meet with the server team to see if any plans for remote backup can be accelerated
